Prince's first musical career saw the release of Prince, Dirty Mind and Controversy, which drew attention to their reunion of religious and sexual themes. He then released popular albums in 1999 with Purple Rain, cementing his superstar reputation with 1 song "When Doves Cry" and "Let's Go Crazy." Winning seven Grammys, Prince had a successful performance that included the latest albums such as Diamonds and Pearls, The Gold Experience and Musicology. She died on April 21, 2016, from an overdose of drugs.
