Roger Babson

Although he was not a good student, he studied bookkeeping and engineering and in 1904 founded the Business Statistical Organization, which was published by its clients during the purchase or sale of shares, bonds and commodities. He founded the Babson Institute (which followed Babson College) in 1919, and in 1927 founded Webber College to train women in business.
