Ted Nugent is a popular American musician, and the lead guitarist of the famous rock band ‘Amboy Dukes’. He showed an early interest in music and started playing instruments at the age of just 6 to form a band 'Lourds’ at the age of 14. During a musical tour with his band, he met ‘Amboy Dukes’ band. He led the band into a contract with the Mainstream Records which helped them record their debut self-titled album. This was followed by their first most notable single called ‘Journey to the Center of the Mind’. It was also included in the top ten pop charts, which led them to their most successful decade. During this period there were a lot of changes in the band which compelled him to move on to a solo career. He joined the Epic Records to come up with his debut solo self-titled album which turned out to be a huge success. This was followed up by the most successful album of his career called ‘Cat Scratch Fever’. It was so successful that it sold more than three million copies.
