Roderick George Toombs was a Canadian wrestler, television personality, actor, and vocalist. He was also known for his ring name, "Rowdy" Roddy Piper. It is often regarded as one of the great heels (villains) of professional wrestling. Although he was a Canadian, Piper was charged as a Scotsman because of his ancestry and wore a cricketer and entered the pipeline music scene playing in the background. To begin his career against the American Wrestling Association, Piper had worked extensively with the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) and the World Championship Wrestling (WCW).

Burt Reynolds, the first time I met him, he introduced me at Madison Square Garden at Wrestlemania X.

I'm as real as they come.

I'm not gonna make 65. Let's just face facts, guys.

'Pro Wrestlers vs. Zombies' is a comedy. It was fun. You just don't take it serious. You just go there, get your popcorn, and sit down.
