Jorgen Vig Knudstorp

Jørgen Vig Knudstorp was recently elected chairman of the LEGO team. Prior to that, he was CEO for 12 years. By then, the decades-old Danish family name LEGO® has changed and regenerated. Jørgen has a Ph.D. in Business Economics and has served as a board member of Quartz + Co, Merlin Entertainments Group, IMD and the Economic Development Committee under the Brookings Institution. In 2017, he became Director of Starbucks Corporation. After serving as Professor of Adjunct in Strategy and International Management at Copenhagen Business School, Knudstrop was elected 'Young Global Leaders' in 2006 at the Davos World Economic Forum, and was appointed 'Leader of the Year' in Denmark in 2006.
