Best known as the 'Dean of Science Fiction Writers', Robert A Heinlein was one of the most influential and controversial writers, who broke the law of the land and exhibited a kind of science fiction novel at new heights. He set the standard for scientific and engineering trust and improved the quality of the genre impartially. In collaboration with Isaac Asimov and Arthur C. Clarke, he was one of the authors of the fictional narratives of the 'Big Three'. During his lifetime, Heinlein published 32 novels, 59 short stories, and 16 collections. Happily, his stories are not just stories of science fiction and instead he looked at social issues such as the importance of freedom, self-confidence, the influence of organized religion in culture and government and the tendency of society to suppress unintentional thought.
