Philosopher

Socrates was a scholar, teacher, and philosopher born in ancient Greece. His Socialist approach laid the foundation for rational and philosophical Western systems. When the political climate in Greece rebelled, Socrates was sentenced to death by a hemlock poisoning in 399. He accepted the sentence rather than run away from exile.
