Politician

Born in 1941, politician Bernie Sanders began his political career as Mayor of Burlington, Vermont, and served for four years as leader of the largest city from 1981 to 1989. He then advanced to the national political arena by winning a seat in the House of Representatives, separating him as one of the few independent legislatures in the country. Sanders won the U.S. Senate election in 2006 and was promoted in 2012. He announced his plans to run for the presidency of the Democratic Republic of 2015 in 2015, and finally put a big step forward, before accepting Hillary Clinton's nomination. The Vermont ambassador launched another presidential campaign in 2019, but it came as soon as we wanted to be nominated for the Democratic Alliance.
