Bill O'Reilly began his television career in news outlets across the country. As a writer, he won many Emmy Awards before moving to Inside Edition, a popular "infotainment" program. At the launch of Fox News, he was hired to host his own show, O'Reilly Factor, which included instant comments and discussions and became a new cable news program. The goalkeeper also wrote a series of best-selling books, including Kill Lincoln (2011) and Kill Jesus (2013). In 2017, after the New York Times published its history of allegations of sexual harassment and homelessness, O'Reilly was fired from Fox News.
