"Fear is an affirmation of your growth because it proves that you are risking."

"No one can be fearless alone."

"To give birth is a fearsome thing; there is no hating the child one has borne even when injured by it."

"A fearful man is always hearing things."

"A word does not frighten the man who, in acting, feels no fear."

"Few women, I fear, have had such reason as I have to think the long sad years of youth were worth living for the sake of middle age."

"There is nothing to fear but fear itself."

"The only thing we have to fear is fear itself."

"The only thing we have to fear is fear itself - nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance."

"Let us never negotiate out of fear but let us never fear to negotiate."

"There are only two forces that unite men - fear and interest."

"He who fears being conquered is sure of defeat."

"Four hostile newspapers are more to be feared than a thousand bayonets."

"There are two levers for moving men -- interest and fear."

"The components of anxiety, stress, fear, and anger do not exist independently of you in the world. They simply do not exist in the physical world, even though we talk about them as if they do."

My motto is: feel the fear and do it anyway.

"There is the fear that we shan't prove worthy in the eyes of someone who knows us at least as well as we know ourselves. That is the fear of God. And there is the fear of Man -fear that men won't understand us and we shall be cut of from them."

Make a conscious effort to let go of fear and act from a sense of consciousness that will empower and protect you. You are strong. You are greater than the fear!

If you allow your self-esteem to erode, your fear will eat at you; ultimately it could destroy you.

Building your feelings of self-worth is critical to overcoming your fears.

"When you face your fear, most of the time you will discover that it was not really such a big threat after all. We all need some form of deeply rooted, powerful motivation - it empowers us to overcome obstacles so we can live our dreams."

Too many of us never realize our full potential because our fears block us.

I don't seek discomfort. But, very often, you realise that what you fear is actually quite ephemeral; something's different, something's unfamiliar; therefore, it must be worse.

Cynical is the name we give those we fear may be laughing at us.
