What I'm really trying to do is make karting important like it is. I mean, karting is our sport, this should be really important.

Everything in life has a meaning. If something bad happens it's because you need to learn, to grow.

If I don't drive then I am not the same person. Ever since I was a small boy this is my life.

I'm not the kind of guy who will blame other people if things don't work out.

I always respect my team and my competitors. I never had problems with anybody.

I really believe that if you deserve something then one day you will get it.

When you're not winning it's easy to complain!

Honestly, I think they need to work to improve the categories. If the driver goes from the go-kart to F3 one year and then to F1, why do we have GP3, GP2?

We are not here for political reasons, we are here for sport, to fight for positions. That's the good thing about Formula One.

With all the traveling I'm doing, it's really important for me to be able to relax when I'm at home.

I want to keep having fun like I have done all my life.

My dream is always to win the championship and I will keep fighting to achieve what I want.

Everything for us as a driver is related to our working, on your work and how you feel. It helps how you feel, how happy you are; also for your private life.

I love watches, for sure. The watch I love the most is Richard Mille because it's part of something that started from zero.

I'm very happy to be joining the Venturi Formula E Team and the Formula E championship, which has become a magnificent competition in such a short space of time.

I was always interested in maybe being in Formula E as I said many times when I was still racing in F1.

I am not really a problem personality.

The people in the grandstand just want to see good driving, good overtaking. But inside the sport everything is about money and politics. It's stupid. And I'm not just talking about Formula One. It's every sport.

When the media began reporting that I might return, I was touched by the response from so many fans who wanted to see me back in the sport. That was certainly a factor in the decision, so I'd like to thank the fans for their support. But, at the end of the day, when I received the call it was an offer I couldn't refuse. It was Williams!

Just competing in the Brazilian GP is a dream for all Brazilian racing drivers. I remember sitting in the grandstands when I was a kid, watching Ayrton Senna, Nelson Piquet and even Rubens Barrichello. After that, to race there in Formula One is a feeling that is hard to explain.

When you're talking about proper competition, I think Formula E has good competition.

Ferrari is very political, at Ferrari everything is difficult. So if you win you have a lot of pressure and if you don't win you have even more.

Positive things come out of even the most difficult times.

I know how to lose and I know how to win.
